Orders and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before sales tax; tax is added at checkout where Arkansas rules require it. Payment is taken on a secure page run by iPOSpays; an order is confirmed once the payment goes through and you receive our confirmation email. Promo codes work as described when you apply them and can’t be combined unless we say so. Everything is handmade in small batches, so we may occasionally need to substitute a flavor — we’ll always ask first.

Pickup, delivery, and shipping

• Pickup is free; we’ll email to arrange a spot and time in Rogers. Please allow at least two days.
• Delivery is personal and hand-delivered within Benton & Washington County, Arkansas: free on three dozen or more, $25 flat under that, at least two days out.
• Shipping is a $12 flat rate anywhere in the U.S., and every order ships within 2–3 days. Cake Pops and Cake Discs are too delicate to ship and are pickup or delivery only. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are the carrier’s.

Our treats are fresh food. Enjoy them promptly, and follow any storage note that comes with your order.

Changes, problems, and refunds

Need to change or cancel? Email hello@candykhotad.com as soon as you can — once treats are made for your date they can’t be unmade, so earlier is better. If anything about your order isn’t right, tell us; we’re a family business and we’ll make it right.

Allergens

We bake in a shared kitchen and cannot guarantee any treat is free of any allergen. Please read our allergen statement before ordering, and email us with any question — that statement is the one that counts.

Custom and corporate orders

Custom orders are quoted personally and confirmed by email; the quote we send is the agreement for that order. Please allow about a week’s notice.
